I'd have put this in the C-box, but it refused to show up for me, so I thought I'd put it here instead. The character making thing is slightly confusing. I apologize for being so inactive up until now, but I have more important things to do, like homework and chores. I hope to become more active as things pick up, though.

Anyway, I'm confused by all the rankings and costs and all. And as I have no money, it's difficult to have weapons. Maybe I'm just particularly slow today for some reason, but I just don't want to mess up my character application. Am I missing something, or is it actually as confusing as I seem to be making it out to be?

When you start your application, you get some money to spend. Extra money that you do not spend gets added to your acount, and you can get money from posting, and doing contests and such. I believe you get about 150 gold or whatever to spend on starting gear. It's not alot, but it's something.

As for rankings, they're a bit comlicated. You choose your class-unconventional, stealth, or weapon- and you start out as the lowest rank, either aillusion, a fighter, or a student. You get paid for doing missions, and then you can buy more gear and can upgrade your ranking with oh-so much money. There are three rankings, and each one gets special abilities or something like that. And rankings are restricted to what missions you can do.

I think I'm done with lectures now. Did that help in any way?

Oh, yeah, that helped a lot! I think I get it now. Okay, I don't know why it didn't occur to me. Thanks. ^^;

By the way, how much do the weapons cost for a Weapons Master? It doesn't say, but it does say we have to buy them all separately. Just curious again.

It's in the Character Extras, in The Store, under the thread Weapons. That says how much they cost for a weapons person.
